no way is that 280metres more like 100 at most. its not even a skyscraper

amazing mosques are under construction around the world.

maybe Baghdad will once again see its golden period that it had enjoyed during the Islamic golden age, well, maybe not quite.

dont think you know your history, Majority of population in Iraq is Shieite which is essentially means they are Iranian, where as Sadam and his cronies were sunis,

If the popolation had their way and history is repeated then Iraq wiould rejoin with Iran (persia) as per the borders prior to 1914-18 when England and France devided up the middle east to suit their political agendss hense the palistian/isreali issues, the lebanese Syrian issues the Iran iraq issues and the turk kurd issues.

Read a book on the middle east called the great war for civilisation by Robert Fisk and see where 90% of the current problems in the ME origionat from

yeah its just so wierd even 4 a muslim. i mean i have not seen seperate ones in my country but i guess we have masterpieces of our own in kuwait.

this is al Rahman mosque; the Saddam mosque is massive support columns and cranes (the one at the top of the satellite)
