"The Twin Towers represent the next great expansion for QNH in Qatar, raising the total number of its hotels to 13," said QNH chairman Sheikh Nawaf bin Jabor bin Jassim Al Thani addressing a press conference at the Al Sharq Village and Spa yesterday. He added that the company's14th project in Qatar will be announced very shortly.

The twin towers will become the largest and most innovative development in Lusail city in the coming few years. The city, a world-class extension to Doha promises to provide the ultimate living experience for about 200,000 people.

The two 45 storied design of the Lusail Twin Towers will include two floors dedicated to a shopping mall consisting of restaurants, a variety of luxurious shops, and a cinema covering an area of 31,000 square metres.
QNH Chairman Sheikh Nawaf bin Jabor bin Jassim Al Thani addressing the media persons.

The first of the twin towers offers a hotel of 720 king and twin rooms, 98 junior suites, 16 executive suites with an executive lounge and will feature a speciality restaurant. The hotel will provide seven-star and five-star facilities on the top and bottom floors, respectively. The second tower encompasses hotel serviced apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments overlooking the sea and a penthouse on the top floor.

The towers are designed by Hadi Samaan, an internationally-renowned architect based in the US. The detailed designs will be ready in six months and the contracts will be awarded after that. The construction is expected to begin by the end of this year.

The Location of these towers are in the Marina Distruct of Lusail City, north of Doha, the capital of Qatar.

Its most probable location is within the red square in the Lusail Masterplan below:

All the other Doha projects are pretty much world class or of high quality, this seems to be the ugly duckling of the lot. After seeing the gorgeous Tornado tower under construction, this seems a world behind.

It's not that these guys looks really beautifull, but the fact that the design is that futuristic makes them amazing! Awesome towers, love them for that.
