I've not said that it's the worst motorway in europe or even in the whole world.

And i know how much Serbia is developing his motorway-network.

The same development is also happening in Albania. Especially with the Durrës-Prishtinë Motorway.

The construction in Albania goes on until the "border" to Kosova, where they've not started yet with the construction.

Durrës-Kukës Highway is the biggest project right now because it links Kosovo directly with Durrës, our largest Port City. This has significant importance to the economies of both Albania and Kosovo and it's the priority of our government.
The segment where the 5.65 km tunnel will go through is under construction. This is a photo of the project just to get a better idea:

Around 30 years. Actually things did'nt really get going in Greece untill the late 1980's. Will be interesting if Albania gets going in the same way. Could be a different country in 20 years.

In Dutch ë are usually used in words with ie and ië becomes ie-ee. (like the word official - officieël - offi-cie-eel)

Btw why do u say Bosnië then for Bosnia? : )
