 Developer: Sherwood Equities Size: 2.5 million Sq Ft. ======================================================================== These images were posted at WiredNewYork today (thread). They are for a proposed office tower on the west side of Midtown, not too far away from the skyscrapers that are supposed to rise around Penn Station. Sounds speculative for now.

looks nice but by the looks of that render
 it kinda domintes the Empire state building a bit to much...but anyway looks nice!

must of the buildings in midtown arent that tall...even 1 penn plaza stands out!

That's a pretty nice looking tower. I like it's simplicity but at the same time seems to have some intricate items about it also.

Is this that 90-story hotel for the Javits Center? It says this is office. How cool. If I recall correctly, the older version had a setback which was half the size of the bottom half and it emitted a beam of light into the sky.
