NEW YORK | 447 10th Ave. | 300m+ | 1000ft+ | 60+ fl | Pro
![]() Developer: Sherwood Equities Size: 2.5 million Sq Ft. ======================================================================== These images were posted at WiredNewYork today (thread). They are for a proposed office tower on the west side of Midtown, not too far away from the skyscrapers that are supposed to rise around Penn Station. Sounds speculative for now. ![]()

That's a pretty nice looking tower. I like it's simplicity but at the same time seems to have some intricate items about it also.

Is this that 90-story hotel for the Javits Center? It says this is office. How cool. If I recall correctly, the older version had a setback which was half the size of the bottom half and it emitted a beam of light into the sky.
It looks like 2WTC and 3WTC had a kid. Last edited by Ebola; July 7th, 2007 at 07:51 PM. |

Excuse me? Did you mean the whole midtown or just midtown south? if you're talking about the whole midtown, you must rethink your life.

Anyways, a fairly simple design, but nice. Hope it gets approved as they really need to fill in the midtown gap. This would at least begin to help with that. Would love to see the midtown to downtown gap start to fill in as well. Last edited by Gendo; July 7th, 2007 at 09:34 PM. |

And all of that's only the start.
It's hard to believe that, after 80 years, the Empire State Building will lose its dominance. |
