I suppose they could be in competition for which will top out first, though.
Offices will occupy only lowest floors. Mainly it's going to be hotel/apartments.

only 17floors or 74m more of concrete to go before topping out at lev156/586m!
should go fairly quickly.

Hey Richard thats a damn good job you did there...

But is see that the half of the Federation tower is missing!!!!

Btw the helicopter has a big fuel load being able to hover all the time
Must surely be waiting till the building has been finished

Cheers man

Greetings to down under pall

Great work Culwulla, i think your diagrams should have its own section/portal on this website, some very interesting data is gathered in them over time . And nice and clean Burj Al Alam drawing, just be careful not to add more towers than you have time to update again . If it gets to many you could have a sign on some of them saying "updated every second month - last update xx/xx - xxxx" or so, or have a list of towers that are not included every month, with thumbnails on the right or left side. That is if you feel there is to many now that so many are being launched, just a tip.

For Culwulla

I have couple suggestion for the next diagram.
I think the chart is getting larger for even 400+. So maybe either we ( I mean by we is you, no one can take credit from you for this) make a seperate chart for 300+, 400+ and 500+, and at least put a date for the expected completion date. This will help us know when and which will be higher first. cause some of these projects will be done in 5 years were others in 1 or 2 years, putting them here with out a date will give the illusion of them already getting the higher rank in the tallest buildings and they are ages from completion.
maybe also a small touch of putting them in order by height wont hurt and will make it more clear and informative

love your work and hope you make it the best diagram online
