findings in respect thereto, if upon examination into the affairs of the owner or
dealer during a hearing as provided for in Section 14 hereof, if shall appear there
is satisfactory evidence that the said owner or dealer:

a) Is insolvent; or

b) has violated any of the provisions of this Decree or any applicable rule
or regulation of the Authority, or any undertaking of his/its performance
bond; or

c) Has been or is engaged or is about to engage in fraudulent
transactions; or

d) Has made any misrepresentation in any prospectus, brochure, circular
or other literature about the subdivision project or condominium project
that has been distributed to prospective buyers; or

e) Is of bad business repute; or

f) Does not conduct his business in accordance with law or sound
business principles.

I saw the construction again yesterday.
They are now painting the facade.

BTW, I live near the area that's why I see this everytime. ^_^

ehh d nakita mo din yung light residences sa tabi??? hindi ba nauna nang mga ilang taon ang PW sa LIGHT??? ehh bakit yung light tatlong higanteng towers na ang nakatayo... hindi ba kung investor ka ng PW, may halong pagsisisi pag nakikita mo sa tabi mo ehh mas maayos at mas mabilis ang pagawa... pareho naman ng location at pareho din nagsimula na mababa ang pre-selling price.

Yes, it's quite sad to realize such but the point is, PW is in progress. There might had some issues with the subcontractors that caused the delay, or other factors maybe. But still, it is on-going. That's the lighter side and a reason to be optimistic towards it.

I've created this thread exactly 5 years and 10 days ago, and that is July 11, 2007, so I know how the original design looks like and that is definitely not it meaning there is a change in façade as I've originally said.

As for the number of floors, yes, you are correct that the final product did not produce an additional floors but I dare you to count the number of floors of the old perspective with the new one. Notice an additional five floors like what I've said? There is.

But that's the other issue because the final product didn't came out as tall as the updated perspective that showed additional floors. Which is a good thing because the actual number of floors remained the same, thank God.

But then again, Empire East showed a taller updated perspective when the actual floors of the final product remains the same as the older perspective and in reality didn't number as much as the new perspective showed?

Tama ka bro, looking at the latest pics posted by aziza on the previous page eh nabago ang facade. They are starting to paint tower 1 and based sa pictures, the paint colors are in accord with the new rendering.

according to our sales agent, na wala na sa PW, december 2012 daw ang turnover ng Tower 1, sana this is true if not ano kaya ang pwedeng gawin? Ang tagal-tagal and hindi biro yung binayaran namin na down-payment........ :S And by the way makikita namin ang building this august. I'll try to take a photo and upload it here..

Regarding sa CDO, i tried asking it sa facebook page, which I don't know if yun ang totoong fb page ng Empire east but walang sagot.. Nakakaworry lang talaga grabe...

Not to burst anyone's bubbles pero I am 100% sure that turnover is not possible by Dec 2012. Based from experiences, it takes one year to do the finishing after the topping off and since wala pa ring topping off to-date, its impossible talaga. Matagal ang finishing works e.

agree- after topping off meron pa water tightness afterwards dun palang makapasok ang ibang scope of works such as dry works- energization pa then testing and commissioning

its turning out nice. mukha lang marumi because of the hollow blocks but once mapalitadahan na, gumaganda na. the cladding looks good too.
