Ah yes, London's transport infrastructure. Cannot cope with the number of people that want to travel in and out, and that's only going to get worse

That's the point of the Victoria station upgrade.

lay awake shivering all night with a million thoughts rampaging through my skull, but managed to avoid throwing up through sheer will (fox) power.
i think i'm finally getting a handle on this stress thing. piece of piss really. just don't eat and try not to throw bile up. in all seriousness this has to end. mad few months. a day to myself and the crunch of freshly fallen leaves underfoot should do it. if not i'm injecting vodka into my eyeballs before reading the next bullshit email / hearing the next garbage comment that makes me want to shoot myself in the mouth. i reckon this is where i need kids. i think they must be a nice distraction that puts everything into perspective. if there was a little girl right now who ran up to me and called me dad the world would change - she'd be my eternal priority and nothing else would matter. as it is my eternal priority is currently keeping this smoothie down and not thinking about the end to marley & me. |

Sounds like a good old fashioned dose of stress there Stairz. Very similar symptoms to mine when I got a bit overwhelmed with things earlier in the year. I'm not sure what line of work you are in or your schedule but are you in a position to take some time out? Just a couple of weeks makes a huge difference. I tried to keep going when I felt like that and I dont think it did me too much good at all. When I finally had a decent break I felt almost completely rejuvinated.
Its not worth it to put yourself under so much pressure if you are feeling like this. |

thanks for the concern, both of you. just a nasty mix of intense travel, a string of undesirable commitments and my wife's had a really tough time recently so you desperately try to be there for her, pretending to keep it together. and some other stuff on my end (i need a haircut for one). then suddenly it's all on top of you and you haven't eaten in a day and think the world's ending, when maybe it could just be beginning if you let it. pretty stupid really - far worse positions to be in - i don't imagine it's a great moment to be steve job's wife right now for example.
oh and liverpool dropped points to stoke and spurs so don't even get me started on that. |

Waiting in Victoria for UG is not fun either. Why do they always stop people entering at 8:30 exactly everyday |

Because it gets so busy that people would have to wait on the tracks.

I have a mole on my stomach that has gone all red and nasty. I'm pretty sure it is due to my running shorts rubbing and irritating it but I suppose I need to get it checked out in case all my skin is about to dissolve in cancerous hell. Since I dont have a local doctor this will involve spending hours surrounded by vagrants in one of the london medical drop in centres.

I've just been warned by the family financial advisor that I'm spending too much on iTunes.
iTunes ffs... it's from my account, not my parents', so he should have no opinion. |

If he wasn't supposed to be monitoring your spending then why does he see your transactions?
