I doubt it. Is is the tallest skyline in EE - that is obvious.... But lets talk about quality of architecture, everything there is average or poor, anyway, in the night time when you see just lights it will look impressive. In terms of skyline I can agree - now it is the tallest skyline in EE. But not the best quality architecture.IMHO

I would hardly call it a tower. It has only 27 floors. For the super tall cluster it is not many.

IMHO the Federation towers are very high quality, both in terms of architectural design and current constructive execution. In fact, I can't think of any other tower(s) in EE that is/are of seemingly better quality. Just because it's in Russia doesn't mean you should see it in negative light.

Who says so? If anybody is thinking in such categories it is you.
I judge architecture and only architecture and I don't find those buildings competitive to what is in planning/construction in UK, States, Germany. Maybe it will change in the future, there are some Fosters and Hadid's plans for Moscow, so we will see. In terms of design quality (not height or density of skyline) i prefer R1 in Warsaw or proposed (under construction) Zlota 44 - and please do not say that it is becouse I'm polish.... I can say a lot of critical words about polish cities and architecture....
Height is not everything.

regarding Federation tower i am really disappointed with the cladding ! I love everything else but when I saw the cladding i didnt like it. Just next to it you have an an example of cladding with which it would look much better !

I'm not a student of architecture or anything such, but I would agree with Dulgeroff on this one. This whole complex in Moscow looks very well done and it's very modern as well.

Don't back-track now, this is what you said regarding Russia:

BTW, how am I thinking in such categories? Please quote me where I've generalized the architecture of an entire country as low quality like you did! BTW, R1 is nice, and likely Zlota will be great, but that still doesn't mean it's better than Russia's architecture, which in your opinion is "average or poor." No matter how you say it, I think these buildings are done very well and frankly I don't think you can say that Moscow is not competitive. The city has more billionaires and millionaires than all of Poland and their oil and gas money can help them build the kind of CBD that any other EE country can only dream of, including yours. Your hatred of anything Russian is obvious, because if you were objective you would have at the very least said they are nice skyscrapers. Finally, if anything like this was being built in Warsaw you and your SSC compatriots would have already posted 1000 pictures of them telling the rest of us how amazing it all was... Just look at this thread and its two predecessors, your inferiority complex is ridiculous and quite funny for the rest of us.

Not to sound or act as a peacemaker, but as much as I agree with Dulgeroff on the quality/beauty of new Moscow towers, I can also see why the Polish forumers would put tons of Warsaw skyline photos. I mean, the city is beautiful, right? Sure, there is a hint of panic or jealousy in some people that Moscow or another Russian city will take over the title of the "Skyscraper capital" of EE, but there's nothing wrong about the healthy competition. Anyhow, if I were Warsawian (or the Moscowite for that matter), I'd be proud how great my city looks like and hope that other (foreign cities included) cities in the region become that good looking as well. For example, even though I am Serb (from Bosnia), it's still very good to see how Sarajevo is progressing quickly, while unfortunately, we still have idiots in charge in Belgrade who do not understand that this is the 21 century and that there should be no limits on "how tall the verticals should be". Regards to all and keep posting cool photos!

Money doesn't mean taste. In fact when you hire average architects, You should expect average architecture.
Out of two complexes which we can already judge, Federation Tower is very good (imho comparable with rondo 1) but not 10/10. Набережная is noting special and far from the greatest world projects. I really dislike its cladding, I mean glass and panels.
And I'm very critical when it comes to the Warsaw towers, some of them are simply ugly, majority is average. I love to post new pics of Warsaw, but I never say Warsaw "towers look better than anything else currently in EE".
