Aha, now the project will be called Quill 15... Sounds more international than Vision City, to be honest...
And with that superb location at the other end of Sultan Ismail and also right smack in front of Medan Tuanku Monorail Station, this mall will surely do well, if marketed properly... So let's hope for something upmarket, a la Mid Valley or 1 Utama, as an alternative to the so-so Maju Junction nearby! Looks like Sheraton's guests do not always have to head to BB Road to do their shopping anymore, once Quill 15 is completed!
