Wow. That is great. I remember seeing the model of this hotel
from this forum a while back.

This is an excellent addition to the lagos skyline and hotel fleet.

Thanks so much for the update tbite.

There seems to be surrounding space on the rendering. I hope the complete project will take the form of the beautiful rendering.

Emporis don't really update their data but it will be at least in the top 5 tallest in the country.

Thanks for the update.

Union bank and Necom House in Lagos Island are taller and there might be one or two that are taller as well.

Millenium Tower 160 Metres at the least 170 metres at the most (Equivalent of 45 Story Building)

Union Bank Building Lagos Nigeria 28 Floors (They don't have the proper stats for this building but it should be about 130 Metres

NECOM House 100 metres Lagos Nigeria 32 Floors 1979 (That would make it equal to the Intercontinental) I believe this height is without the antenna, so with the antenna it would be taller

Ministry of Communications Building 120.0 m 30 Floors

Intercontinenetal Hotel Lagos Nigeria 22 Floor 100 m (At the most) 19 Floor 90 metres (At the least)

Independence House 92.0 m 23 Floors built 1960

Stock Exchange House 83.0 m 22 Floors
