How old is he? It seems like all the blokes with unfortunate names are over 50, at least.

I would probably choke if the guy ever introduced himself to me.
Not sure how old he is. He used to work for Indiana National Bank too. My understanding is that he will retire when the building gets finished. That weekend that the storm hit he was preparing to fly out of Indy for a spring break vacation. Then the damage, etc. He never could get a refund on his tickets.

That sucks.

I'll hop us back on topic!

Um, looks like they've got about five rows to go on the north facade. I also just realized I'll have some nice views of the east facade out of an office window once they get started on that side.

Are they still on schedule for the March deadline?

I got that initial info from the security site supervisor. There is no way they can finish that section by then. As for the fireworks I need to find that out. As I am the bank switchboard operator I need to know for all the calls I will soon recieve. I am told that in 92 or 93 when they removed Indiana National Bank off the top they did the fireworks off the top of a parking garage on Illinois Street.

Moochie, where you been?

Will they put glass over the top where the Indiana sign used to be?

Yup.

The photograph below illustrates what it will look like. It's a picture of a print, so disregard the colors, they're way off. In all actuality, the glass is a cold steel blue that changes colors depending on one's sight angle. At some angles, it looks practically white, at others, deep blue. The accent strip is practically black.

I think this reclad and the gold building will compliment each other very well. Those two buildings being that close together will make that side of downtown look very crisp, clean, and shiney.

Oh. Isn't that next to the Market Place?
It's got dark glass. I think it looks cool. Like something out of Resident Evil 2! X]
I was looking at it through the windows when we were eating at the Market Place.

But let's not have this discussion again...
That's true. If the Kosene design is chosen for the market square arena it would mix well with the CCB. I love how the market clashes with its sort of German 19th century and the 1960's buildings around it.

I'm glad the myth is broken (just in case people still believe it). As we saw from Atlanta this past Saturday. Dowtowns are not immune from a tornado or damaging straight line winds.
