You are referring to GMA studio construction. yes it is obvious that it is not a priority. but if they want to expand their business and catch up with Kapamilya, they have no choice. Basin lupigan na gani sila sa TV5 which is owned by MVP.

Creek diversion along Capt. V. Roa latest update

The creek diversion along Capt. Vicente Roa Street is well underway with concreting of the new route as shown below.

The diversion is a pre-requisite for the development of the property into a mixed use mall and condotel as proposed. The original creek traversed the property in the middle that any development will have to make major adjustments on setbacks from the creek. The diversion will maximize the use of the lot for the proposed development.
