You could find these details on the original posts by the guy who actually took the pictures, on http://forum.peundemerg.ro, where Alpin reposteted them from.

The first few pictures, of the ecoduct, are from lot 4 of Lugoj-Deva, i.e. between Ilia and Soimus, while most of the other pictures are from lot 3 of that section, i.e. between Ilia and Grind (Dobra).

CNADNR will start in spring 2017 'in-house' works on the connection between Giurgiu-Ruse bridge and DN5. The road will apparently be a 2x2 express-way. Same 'in-house' method will apply to Suceava by-pass.

The Romanian road authority has acquired the technical means and personnel to execute motorway works 'in-house', without requesting a contractor for that purpose.

With own workforce, capital, equipment and materials. No contractors and no externalisation of the project. They did the same for the sliding section near Sibiu and they fixed it very fast. This 'in-house' model will apply to a wide range of projects from now on as it seems, just looking at the proposed projects ...

Regarding the so called 'in house projects'... for now, each regional division of CNADNR will be assigned one such project. The aim is to both save time (w. tenders,etc) on some urgent but at the same time relatively short/easy projects, as well as to test/improve those divisions' readiness/capability to intervene when such work is needed.

The sliding section near Sibiu doesn't sound as an 'easy' project to me. BTW: I read it was opened today for traffic less than a year since 'in-house' works started.

Same for the extension of Constanta by-pass A4 toward Ovidiu, or Suceava by-pass, or this proposed connection between DN 5 and Giurgiu bridge ...

Actually, works started ~ August 10, so 2 months.

A1 Cunţa-Sălişte will be reopened today at 2 p.m. (in an hour).

I think it's too early to anticipate the impact of this 'in-house' success (how long would it have taken to tender the fix and to actually perform works there .... 1 year, maybe 2 ?!) , but I heard the head of CNADNR suggesting an expansion of this model to various projects ... they will start small with Suceava by-pass or A4 expansion to south, and if proven as in Sibiu A1 fix, we could see a serious expansion of the model to other projects ... this is more competition to lame builders IMHO so why not ?!
