A2 and Pitesti by-pass part of A1 are as good, but they are on a plain so less spectacular.

A3 near Suplacu de Barcău is now visible in Google Earth. The imagery is a year old though.

With the new Google Earth/Maps update, you can also see the Suplacu de Barcău Viaduct - this will be, once completed, the largest viaduct in southeast Europe.

In the north you can see the motorway and in the south the "L" shape viaduct, 1.8 km long.

zoom in, the viaduct:

Maybe the longest (even though I have my doubts knowing what kinds of bridges have been built in Greece or Croatia), but definitely not the highest or most impressive. This smells more like Bechtel or government PR.

The viaduct of M7 Motorway at Köröshegy, Hungary is 88 m high and 1872 meters long.

In that case it means it's only PR, as wyqtor said.
Thanks, Qtya, for the clarification.

The HU viaduct is not in SE Europe, HU is in Central Europe. And that's a good thing, as far as I know.

Rio–Antirrio bridge - 2,880 meters (Greece)

But is a bridge, not a viaduct, so maybe is the longest viaduct.

I haven't find data for the height of the viaduct, but I doubt it would be the highest one in SEE. In Bulgaria we have Bebresh viaduct (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bebresh_Viaduct) some 120 high. Never mind, I hope Romanian motorways from Bucharest to Hungary to be finished as soon as possible cuz it's important for my country to

Oh, I hope that too and I would really love to see them making those motorways first and then brag about it.

Another awesome article where the title has NO, and I mean, NO relationship whatsoever with its content. That's what I call a great piece of journalism!
