Hey Guys, I'm selling my 28.5 sqm one bedroom unit at SM Sea Residences. Paid for 11/2 years now, assume balance. 50% paid. It is on the 14th floor of building A, facing the amenities. From what I gather units are now selling at 3.1 million, i'm willing to give it at a lower rate pay 50% and assume the balance. You can reach me at 09088890617. Thanks!

Manhattan Garden City... anybody who is interested to have one in Araneta? we still have more units available... our phase one Manhattan Parkway the turnover is next year month of march... reservation is just only 15,000.00

HELP! What factors do you consider when buying a pre-selling condo?

Hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie investor... I'm thinking of investing in Park Terraces, but I am not sure... it's the only pre-selling condo that I've seen so far. I've still yet to go to others... can I get help from other investors here?

What factors do you look at... or how do you evaluate a pre-selling project?

I'd appreciate all the help I can get!!!

I'm planning to sell my unit in Manhattan Garden City Parkway Tower 2. I will be migrating hopefully this year. Still thinking whether to rent it out but it might be too much of a hassle.

Its a 28.5 sq meter studio condo unit with balcony at 28th floor (topmost floor). This unit is due for turn over this year, not later than August 2012, fully paid by bank loan. PM me if interested or email me at lifehouse@live.co.uk.
