For some reason (?) the metro column at Christianshavn station has been removed during the remodelling of the square. As a result there is absolutely no markation of a station being there, hopefully they are planning to fix that.

Well its called Metroselskabet in Danish so I don't think its the same one, I was just trying to translate it.

The joint venture company that builds the metro is called Copenhagen Metro Team and consists mostly of Italian companies like Ansaldo STS and another company that is called Saligni or Salini.

Ohh sorry you talk about the company called V.D Vlist that transported the train.

I thought that you meant the Metroselskabet, silly me.

Btw I have been in Amsterdam a few times so its time you'll visit us.

Your hospitality has always been good, especially when I saw FC København beat AJAX and qualify for the champions league back in 2006.

Are there any plans to renovate Nørrebro S-train station?
That place is really creepy and the entrance at night looks like something from Resident evil.

@Codename B:
Rofl.. Resi.. good ol' re..
Decay of subway/undergroundstations is A worldwide problem, hope newer stations that are currently being built won't suffer that much from withheld maintenance nor cleaning.

Hehe. They are currently renovating everything overground (which basically is decoration, since the entire station is underground) - and just finished work on the intercity platforms. Sadly I think the narrow, horrible and ugly S-train platforms will stay unchanged.

Minerva is already drilling its way towards the central station so it made a very short stop at Sønder Boulevard.
But it had a short way from Otto Busses Vej so there was probably not alot of maintenance of the drilling head to be done.

I will post the progress map when Nora, Eva or Tria is getting a little bit longer.

Oh, that's nifty A bridge across the metro designed as a kind of -neighbourhood connecting- circulair square.

Neat non-european idea.

S-tog is comparable to A tram right?

Nevertheless, nice stop/square.

No. S-tog is a commuter train, similar to S-Bahn in Germany or RER in France, Cercanias in Spain, etc.
