Nora has departed Østerport and is now heading towards Marmorkirken.

I don´t know if Nora will arrive at the upper or lower level but time will tell.

Very interesting. Having the platforms on top of each other is an intriguing solution to the lack of space. (In most other cities they'd have razed a block of buildings to clear space - but the NIMBYism around Marmorkirken reaches epic levels.) Does anyone know any similar, recent examples from other cities?

The new De Pijp station in the North-South metro line that opens in Amsterdam next year will also have platforms in top of each other due to lack of space.

Also several stations in Frankfurt have platforms on top of each other. I have also seen a similar solution in one of the newest section of Rome Metro. It is not that unusual.

MRT blue line in Bangkok has three stations that have platforms on top of each other, and part of the new extension will include 2 more stations of this style (check the Bangkok link on the subway section for some cutaway drawings of how the stations will look).

The first section of S-togs new CBTC signaling system goes live on Monday.

Its the part of the system with the oldest signaling system between Jægersborg and Hillerød.
This system HKT-Forenklet (simplified) is from the 1930´ies and prone to alot of failures thats off course disrupts the trafic.

Its the plan that all 7 lines will have the new system by the end of 2018.

Really? Where? I've used Frankfurt's U-Bahn on several occasions and never come across this. But, admittedly, I've seen less than 20 per cent of their entire system so I'm hardly an expert.

The stations at the two stretches below the two local shopping streets Leipziger Strasse and Berger Strasse have stations with platforms on top of each other. I know at least the stations "Leipziger Strasse" and "Merianplatz" are like that (I have pictures of these two stations) and as far as I remember, there are more stations in the same style.

Not unusual, I agree. There are as well examples in Valencia, Spain (around the main station) and Berlin (Schlossstrasse station) and I think in Paris, and probably in many more cities.

The metro has posted these new maps.

They both have that in common that they show the next 3 stations in Nordhavn even though they aren´t announced yet.

This map also shows the new Copenhagen Ringsted high speed line (light blue dotted line) and the light rail on Ring 3 (green dotted line).
