Hmmm. I thought they had already committed themselves to "small question mark" model? - That is, if I've understood correctly, the two additional stations in your drawing plus eventually two more.

Does anybody know where they stand with the landfill further out on the Nordhavnen? Does it feed only from the soil drilled up by the metro TBMs, or are their other sources? In the first case, I suppose that work will stand still until they start metro work in the southern docklands.

It looks like they accepted soil from anywhere. They don't have the capacity to accept soil from anyone else now. They expect to be finished in 2020.

A revised plan for the terminal metro station on the South Harbour line at Ny Ellebjerg, has been sent in hearing.

The new plan shows the line of the metro making a swing after Mozarts Plads station on it's way to Ny Ellebjerg passing under the communal road depot, where the cross-over box, Gåsebæk shaft, will be built. The line will then continue under the S train station to a new station box beside a relocated S train ring line station. The station will be constructed so the line can be extended to Hvidovre Hospital and Frederiksberg.
There will be a tunnel connection from the Metro concourse level, to the Ring S train, Regional/HS line and Øresund train platforms

The advantages of this revision is
1) a narrower cross-over box, because the 2 tunnels are closer to each other at this point,
2) a shorter station box causing less disruption to the Ring S train station and
3) should the line branch here, the branch will be built west of Ny Ellebjerg station allowing all trains to call at this important inter-change station.

Will there be a convenient station exit from the Metro to the south/east side of the tracks?

At some point there will be platforms on the airport line and they will most likely extend the pedestrian tunnel from the current long distance platforms and to the other side.

On this side of the station they have planned a platform of a planned extension of the light rail.

People living/working along Ellebjergvej will have better access to Sjælør station or Mozarts Plads metro station so a pedestrian tunnel under the mainline tracks into Copenhagen isn´t worth the extra costs.

correction

There is a small pedestrian tunnel between the streets Strømmen and Trekronergade so they do have access to Ny Ellebjerg.

Very early conceptual drawing of a future Ny Ellebjerg.

Aerial view of the Sydhavn (Southern Harbour) metro branch, starting at the circular Traffic control tower, near Fisketorv and terminating at the Interchange station at Ny Ellebjerg.
The line serves new harbour development areas as well as older establish townships (Mozarts Plads).

Why would a possible future extension branch off before the Ny Ellebjerg platforms? Wouldn't it make more sense to continue the tracks from the platforms? Capacity can't be that big of a problem, there would be no less than three minutes between metros during rush hours.

The first project had a overground station just northeast of Ny Ellebjerg.

A division champer at Haydnsvej would made a extension possible.

But know that the platform is underground and moved to the northwestern side of the station its then possible to extend the line from the new platform.

6 out of 7 pillars at Køge Nord station is up.

The last one missing is east of the S-train tracks.

Køge Nord will be an awesome station. Only thing I can think of that might be missing is bus stops at the side of the motorway (in their own lane, of course).

Well since no public busses use the motorway on this part it will be pointless.

But the Inner part of Helsingør motorvejen around Nærum has these bus stops.

While they are building the new Køge Nord station they are also renovating Køge station.

When the bridge is finished it will also span the road visible in the picture, 2 large stairs will complete the bridge in both ends.

The new Cityline looks cool! I first thought it would just be a re-branding with new buses, but with this clear service difference from *any* other Movia bus I can understand the difference. It actually looks spacy and comfortable!
