It show a pic of partial collapse of the Fuente site, involving the neighboring house. Take note the pic shown i that forum is dated somewhere around July 10. Maybe that situation has been resolved for now, since i don't remember seeing that large firewall by the collapsed area, as shown by the recent pic posted here.

Oh...i thought its a major land slide. I think it has already been resolved. As construction is on going as we speak.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
December 8, 2007

almost 1,000 truckloads of ready-mix concrete were poured into this tower's foundation. 24-hours operations. imagine how much money were cashed-out for the excavation and foundation works alone.
