"Club Ultima Launched

CLUB Ultima will be launched this Sunday October 12, 2003.Now 40 percent complete, it incorporates facilities for the enhancement of one’s business, social, family and health and leisure lifestyle. “But a member does not have to wait for its completion to enjoy (his) membership,” chief operating officer Amor Olaes Salud said. Members can stay at J. King and Sons Inc.’s (JKSI) Princeville Villas in Mactan, use its spa and enjoy the accommodation of JKSI’s Crown Regency Suites in Mactan or the Crown Regency Residence in Davao. They are also automatic members of the Metro Sports Badminton Club."

...if i'm not mistaken, the 3 towers (Club Ultima, Crown Regency and Ultima Residences) were launched simultaneously but Ultima Residences had only started its construction early last year...

tnx bai diehard!

so i'm guessing...
- Club Ultima is the first tower with 398 units
- Crown Regency is the hotel
- and Ultima Residences is what they call Fuente Tower 3 with 477 units.

tnx!

Ultima Residences will have almost the same height as Crown Regency because all floors is a loft-type unit...

hehe ka-afford oi. nag-awas-awas kwarta anang mga king, but mga negosyante man so ang cost sa materials i-consider jud. i wonder if naay repricing in the works. hmmm...

right now, the cost of construction materials are increasing every week. a contractor who pegged construction cost at P8,000 sqm. (low to mid end residential) two months ago will peg the same project cost now at P15,000/sqm (six-month period for construction). what more the high-end projects.

not only the cost of construction materials is being considered here. you have to deal with the "bureau of customs" for the importation of these construction materials.... and thus the delay. this is beyond the control of the contractors and suppliers if BOC delays this.... delays that.... holds this.... and holds that.... so much for progress ey!

there are around 3,000++ CU members from around the globe. thus mr. king continues to build more projects because he has already a guaranteed market, the CU members.

yeah mao jud. it was announced last Dec 2007 and as what vatics said, the number of club members has reached 3,000++. last christmas cocktail party where all club members were invited, all 4 floors of function rooms at Crown Regency Tower are occupied. was hell too crowdy. so maka ingon jud ka nga daghan na members. datu na kaayo si King. hehe

aw o by the way, one has to be a club ultima member to own a UR Fuente, Ramos and/or Ultima Prime unit(s).

how much more when UR Fuente Tower and UR Prime are finished. it's gonna be one hell of a mega-complex.

if tourists will keep growing in numbers visiting the hotel and the club, expect that more CU members will be added every day. there are sales people inside the club who are very eager to present the residential condo project, F3. what would be the big surprise? from the way you look how R1 (richard king) handles things, we expect many good changes will be made to the original plan. having a great eye for aethestics and curb appeal, F3 will be more than what you see & expect once finished. of course, mr. king has to invest so much on his first high-rise apartment building to entice more investors on his next real estate venture. good for investors at F3, as well as Ramos and Prime.

Hi sir I'm sure that you'll get some photos when you return home by xmas.

Anyway, regarding the pace of construction of buldings, in general (not only of the FT3), has been answered courtesy of sir Vatics

I am no engineer but I agree that the base of the structure is very critical that's why it takes longer time to get to the superstructure, as you call it. I have seen that tons of concrete have been poured into the substructure everytime I pass by the construction.

I am not aware of this, thank you for the info sir Vatics I hope this could "relax" others who cannot wait for the delivery of their units..hehe

Wow this is insane! I've noticed that most tourists that pass by our office are chinese, next are koreans.
