Fantastic update

The entrance area really looks impressive. The cladding examples also look pretty fine.
Another classy highrise for Frankfurt.

The first cladding's sample on the left looks so '90s, with that smaller opening inside the glass panel...I'm not a huge fan of this solution.

me neither. apparently it's a hi-tec aluminium facade, but so far it looks rather cheap, atleast from a short distance.

I wait with my final judgement until a large portion of the tower is covered with it though. the facade is supposed to create an interesting pattern. let's wait and see ...

(the stone cladding of the base is very nice though)

The colour combination looks weird to me, but lets wait for the final result.
However, I'm a big fan of this tower.

There appears to be a massive empty plot next to this site. Are there any known plans to develop that site in the future?

that's the site of two projects: skyline plaza and the grand hyatt.

skyline plaza is a shopping and entertainment center (construction starts this year) and a 211m tall office tower.

the grand hyatt is a 30 storey hotel and a congress center (starting simultaneously with skyline plaza).
