arent they kind of dangerous? i would imagine that people accelarate a lot when the light is about to turn yellow... I think that because in Mexico or at least in the city where i live we dont have a countdown but the green light flashes for a few seconds when is about to turn yellow and they go really fast but we are talking about Mexico where people drive like animals ... i dont know about the rest of the world...
