Im gonna go to the Dynamo vs Arsenal (Kyiv) match that will be on this stadium (This will also be Dynamo Kyiv's first game on their new arena), and I will surely take some photos and upload them on here

please do! when is it? cant wait to see this beauty in the summer with all the euro fans in the stadium bringing color and atmosphere. stadium wise i think these euro's will actually trump portugal '04.

The match is on the 4th of March. The only thing that sucks is that I will be sitting in the 73rd sector, so I won't have the best view of the stadium it self, but still I will take as much photos as I can

I heard that approximately 37 thousand tickets were sold for the Dynamo Kyiv vs Arsenal Kyiv match. A lot of Ukrainian football fans tend to buy tickets right before the match so I reckon there will be about 45-60 thousands fans

i wonder what the chances are of kyiv bidding to host an olympics in the near future? to me this stadium could host an olympics in a heartbeat although i know that a lot more infrastructure would need to be built to make it feasible.

As of right now, there are plans for a different Ukrainian city to host winter olympics - Lviv. As for Kiev, a bit more work needs to be done.... but it definitely got a head start.
