Help Needed - Engineering Consultants China

I work for a developer that is very new to the construction industry. My company is based in China, with an interest to build tall (above 100m but likely 150m and taller) residences for middle-high and higher income groups.

I'm keen to receive your suggestions for consultants experienced with operations in China and tall residential projects, that my company may retain for Quantity Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Structural Engineering works. Thanks and appreciate any help you can provide.
