yes, all national roads have asphalt, as well as some minor voivodship roads.

Some? I don't think you can find any numbered non-paved road. As for Russia; I believe their most important connections are all paved, including the road to Chabarovsk, but not the one to Magadan. (there isn't even a road to Petropavlovsk-Kamtchatsky)

It's the second biggest city in the world (that isn't located on an island) that cannot be reached by road. The only way is by ship or plane.

well I meant all minor voivodship roads are paved as well. (I was supposed to write "are" instead of "some")

All national roads (DK - drogi krajowe) - yes.

All regional roads - yes.

From Vladivostok yes, but not yet from Chita. Anyway, you can't compare Poland with population density of 123/sqkm and the area between Chita and Khabarovsk with population density of about 1/sqkm.
