She is a Fassi, many girls in Fes have similar features as her.
& Small nose is very common in Morocco contrary to the rest of arab countries...

& to the credit: Plastic Surgery is very badly viewed in Morocco, that she wouldn't go for it especially given she is in her 20s.

In Morocco plastic surgery is for purposes such as those who were disfigured, or burnt.
It is not for aestetic purposes unless for rich women over 40 (like basic lifts and so on, if you consider that plastic surgery...) plus it's extremely expansive...
