This is a good point, I observed in the 60's-old Ayala projects i.e. Forbes, Dasma, Magallanes that the cables hanging from posts are actually hidden already by mature trees.

Coming out of the shadows
Hello there. A lot-owner-lurker here who has finally decided to join in on the discussion. Thanks for all the updates and info being posted here.
I was just wondering, would anybody have a map of the interconnected developments in the Nuvali area. I'm interested to know how the Nuvali development links up to Eton City and the other projects within the area. |

Very charming, indeed, specially the night shot. I wonder if the lightings are powered by solar panels?

Did not see any solar panels in Treveia or Nuvali also. I also wonder if they will ever put it as marketed. All common areas should use renewable energy.

You need to show proof that you're a lot owner in Nuvali. |

I was at Treveia earlier for my lot turnover and asked about renewable energy. The village architect said that the lamp posts along the "green road" leading to the clubhouse uses solar panels -- that's why the top portion is flat.

Yes, it was opened in May. You'll need two car stickers to access it, though:
1) GDC sticker: Go to GDC office on the 2/F of Paseo de Sta. Rosa (just above Chowking/Jollibee). (a) Bring a photocopy of your car's certificate of registration w/ OR (b) Fill up the GDC form, then go to Treveia to have it signed (c) Submit the form back to GDC and pay P500 2) ALI sticker: Got mine for free when I went to Treveia. Just present your car's certificate of registration. Last edited by arceesky; June 15th, 2010 at 12:56 PM. |

Good to know. They should do the same in all lamp posts.

I don't have the GDC sticker yet (takes 2 weeks to process) to be able to use the Mamplasan Exit, so I take the Eton City Exit -- the one immediately after Sta. Rosa Exit. While it's farther, it's definitely faster than going through Sta.Rosa/Tagaytay traffic. The drive is breezy and scenic and you get to check out the other developments (Eton City, Pramana).

I heard and i saw some sketches of ravine park to be constructed on the natural ravines of nuvali. Is this issue are true?
And also i heard that Nuvali has an edge over Eton City when it comes in investing; But when it comes to location Eton City has the edge over Nuvali? Still, confusing me guyz

We will be future neighbors then. Our scheduled turn-over is the 4th of July. Thank you for posting information on GDC/ Nuvali stickers. Very helpful. Too bad it takes 2 weeks to process. I was wondering, can you immediately start building on you lot already assuming your plans are approved by Treveia Management? |

IMO, the Mamplasan exit is a double-edged sword. It allows residents faster access away from traffic yet visitors and tourists would have to cross the longer route. Nuvali, however, is progressing at a much faster rate than Eton hence making it a better investment. Price appreciation for the lots the past 2 years have been quite significant. |
