Thanks Gerard! Just doing my share in building our Nuvali community.
Also just put up two new posts:

What’s new at Nuvali’s Solenad 1 and 2?

A look at Treveia’s green home
http://mynuvalihome.com/2011/05/treveias-green-home/
We are helping producer John Aguilar sell the Treveia Green Home -- contact me if interested!

I know people have shared info on green building practices and design before-- now that I'm really about to start construction of my house, would be grateful for leads on green suppliers you can vouch for (initially for flooring, doors, etc). I've visited Laong Laan in Manila for scrap wood and metal I can reuse, but based on pricing, I'm better off getting them from Home Depot or from the woodshops along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay road.

If you’re also already building your green home and would like to share your experience, please let me know-- I'd love to do a feature on you in My Nuvali Home. I'm sure a lot of people would be grateful for all the tips and invaluable advice you can share!

thanks to your website, our lot turnover was a breeze. I didn't know you don't have to pay hoa dues until you start building. Unless I'm mistaken. We were told you can plant trees now too with hoa approval.

Received a letter from Alveo offering incentives to Treveia lot owners who can build their houses soon. The program will reward P1 million to the first 5, P700,000.00 for the next 5 and P500,000.00 for the next 10, provided the house project strictly conforms to the deed of restrictions and the village's standards.

@kaleidoscope, are you going to apply for this reward?

we are hoping we'll meet the requirements.....

my family visited the place last sunday and they asked about the rewards and the management said there are already 6 waiting for approval.

Hello Roxy, I don't think we are ready yet to build our house at Treveia as I'm based abroad. I think it is better to be hands on while the house is being constructed, specially with all the required specs of Treveia. I wish you all the best in your application and I would be happy to hear that you qualify for the reward.

Actually, Westgrove was strongly patterned after Ayala Alabang. Thus the tagline, "The Next Big Thing". For everyone'es reference, Ayala Alabang was "The Big Thing". This is the justification behind Westgrove's massive area and community.

New Evozone lots will be opened and called the Northeast parcels. It will be directly East of Evozone East.

Construction of the boutique hotel will commence this year across the lake near the bridge.

The transportation terminal will have buses that will ply the Nuvali-Fort Bonifacio-Makati route. It is planned to connect the Ayala CBDs and will utilize low carbon emission buses.

Will these buses be exclusive to Nuvali Residents?

I am assuming these will be open to the public to increase foot traffic, improve marketing and spur faster development.
