I can assure you that it's the same slang for all cities because it's the same as in France (mainly Paris area where the hiphop scene is the largest). Maybe the difference is that in Neuchatel they have an accent and in Lausanne and Geneva we don't but it should'nt be possible to notice it in songs.
Maybe it's the chosen songs and they way they speak that makes it look like that |

Finalmente dopo mesi di duro lavoro, è online la canzone "Pensa Se", video e
brano che invita a riflettere riguardo alla mancanza di pace in questo nostro mondo. Il brano partecipa al concorso "Scrivi una canzone per la pace o la non violenza", indetto dalla fondazione Tamagni e la fondazione amici Ticino per il Burundi. Se tutti andassimo un po' più d'accordo fra di noi, molti dei problemi svanirebbero, speriamo che il video e la canzone diano a voi il piacere nell'ascoltarla, quanto ne ha dato a noi facendola.
