That's the average price for everything from officetels up to the penthouses. I'm not sure how the price breaks down for different apartment sizes though. There's still very little infrastructure in the area and development is thus far pretty limited.

I'm sure they'll be nice apartments, although I obviously haven't seen any. I have been in a couple of other apartments in Songdo and they were top of the line.
