Thank you for visiting Songdo.com where you can find updates on the Songdo International Business District (IBD) which New Songdo International City Development, LLC (NSIC), a joint venture between Gale International and POSCO E&C, is developing.

The Interactive Map on Songdo.com shows information of the projects/sites NSIC is developing.

As you requested, we will update the Interactive Map with the progress of the sites including, the # Harbor View, Prugio Harbor View, The # Central Park II, POSCO Expo Village, Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea, POSCO Housing, Songdo CENTROAD, LIG Tower, etc.

I do not think ITO Park Hotel is a project of NSIC and the Incheon Art Center is currently developed by IFEZA, not by NSIC.

Other projects you listed in below e-mail including Incheon Tower, Kolon the Prau, Incheon Univ. campus, etc. are not part of Songdo IBD which NSIC is developing. They are the projects of other developers and the IFEZA is overseeing the developments as part of the Incheon Free Economic Zone. You may be able to find the information on other Songdo city projects from IFEZA website http://ifez.go.kr.

I was too ignorant to think that the bridge shown being built in Il Mare (Siworae) was Incheon Bridge...only to find out that construction of the bridge didnt begin a full two or three years after the movie was released

I was thinking that only Dubai is currently doing some new city mega construction projects. And with this thread I have learned Korea is doing it too but in a totally different level with a character of its own. Its really great to know.
