I'm not sure why is that, but certainly the tower looks more like 250m. Is it just my impression?

I think if it seems shorter than it is, it's probably just because it's such a wide building. Congrats to Vietnam on its first supertall. Here's to hoping for many more!

for me it looks more like an antenna anyway. i dont know why every building has to call it a spire now...

The total floor area is 579,000m2, ranking 5th for the floor area of a single building in the world. That's great.
