MEXICO CITY | Reforma 90 | 145m | 38 fl | U/C

Reforma 90 is a new residential building in the business district of Mexico City. Situated on Paseo de la Reforma and Plaza Colon next to the 5 star Americana Hotel, the property will feature 38 floors of 286 one bedroom loft style mezzanine apartments and penthouses offering panoramic city views with 24hr security, concierge services, gymnasium and private gardens. Construction commences in April 2007 with delivery expected May 2010.

That is a nice looking building. I wonder if all the apartments will be two stories? It appears like that from the renderings, the windows look like they're double height.

Yeah, love the sleek design and the black exterior really makes it stand out from other buildings in Reforma I think.

Now that building has class! Hard to tell from the renderings but what kind of skin does it have. Stone, metal? Who's the architect?
btw. Hard to tell we are not looking at a rendering, specially the one on the right. Amazing renderings.

Forgot one thing, sorry.
Do you have a view of the "back" side. Seems to have a notch at the top that does not align with the rotated cut plan.
Also I meant to say that it's hard to believe that we ARE looking at a rendering and not an actual photograph.

Reforma 90

Very nice building, it could emerge as a new icon of Mexico City!

Btw, the architect is Bosco Gutierrez Cortina head director from GUTIERREZ CORTINA ARCHITECTS . . . They did as well SantaFe 455 and Centro Insurgentes which should be posted on this forum
