Perth has about 3 red light areas. Stirling street (near McIver station) -the area around the Causeway and start of the Great Eastern Highway, and around the northern end of Beaufort st in the Morely area. There's quite a few brothels around there.

Sex and drugs make Perth go 'round. Haven't you noticed that drugs are everywhere as well? Brothels and drugs are everywhere here. That's what you get when you have a massive unprotected coastline, high earning people, and a massive sense of isolation.

i reckon that part of northbridge or back end of mciver has hot potential for high density, heaps of factory/warehouse shells waiting for refurbishments and new high density living...
everytime i go buy i picture how tha area could turn out... wah. so so much potential... it reminds me of richmond...
