With an Olympic bid, a growing skyline that should knock the world's socks off, a growing awareness that this is now "our time", and a whole bunch of other great things happening in Chicago....

....but with the world, in our minds, not yet fully tuned in....

what type of public relations campaign (with slogans, pictures, new names for places to give them higher profile....I had suggested The Circuit for our super loop a ways back; things like that) would our new...

CFA (Chicago Forum Agency)...

come up with to promote a place that should be easy to promote...CHICAGO!

So without the necessity to move one piece of earth or to construct anything (but words and images), take your best shot at putting Chicago where it belongs: center stage!

I actually had an idea for a event that would be appropriate to post here I think.

With the Air and Water show in town, I had an idea for The Annual Chicago Helicopter Show!

Think about it, we have all different types of helicopters from all over the world, (military, personal, cargo, police) flying really low between all of the buildings, all around downtown. Think about the cool photo opportunities! Heck, even throw in a big fireworks show at night.

that would definitely be a sight and would greatly showcase the skyline. how would you handle 9-11 related issues?

what do you mean? helicopters slamming into buildings? I guess we'd have to make sure the pilots are the best of the best.
