Who is developing this project and when is construction set to begin?

Also, is this some sort of low-income housing project because it does not look like the usual luxury towers going up these days.

About the location, is this building going up in the parking lot facing the highway at the Cola Intersection?

The owner is "The Oasis" and the foundations are already digged.

Prices: First floor: 1200$/m2 but the prices will change after the first 25 appartements are sold

Typical communist-style apartment buildings. There are lots of them in Eastern Europe...

Also the low-cost urban housing projects of the 1950s-70s in major American cities.

They have to pay me to live there, the noise & pollution levels from the highway, the crossroad & the taxi-service station must be very high.

Since the foundations are already digged, and completation is only next year, don't you think it's U/C?

I think It's Official status would be U/C.

And I don't mind this Project really as long as it's THAT GREEN.Beirut REALLY needs more GREEN PROJECTS.and what i like the most about this Project is the Location, I think NON-DownTown areas of Beirut going to see a lot of Similar Projects soon.

And yes, it seems from the renders in post #16 that there are a lot of green spaces..
