What are you guys talking about? Bookends phase II is not a parking garage and doesn't even look like one. Instead it connects to a current parking garage already built on site. 7 stories tall in all. Totally separate project from ONE/Washington Square also.

1:30pm...guess I can spill it:

CertusBank to expand by 100,000 square feet than what was originally announced. This addition will be located in the second office highrise or phase II of the development which now has the green light to move forward pending DPC approval. LOVE that it's a major bank expanding their HQ over a downtown relocation. Keeps the vacancy rate lower and adds even more high-paying jobs to the downtown scene.

The Greenville Journal is reporting that the USC Moore School of Business will be locating downtown in January 2012, five new apartment complexes will be under construction downtown by the end of 2012, and a high-end national retailer has signed a lease for ONE.
