Wasn't the huge Ferris Wheel in dubai supposed to be called eye of Dubai? Or am I getting that mixed up because of the London Eye?

Yes, it was TowerPower! Only in Dubai would they build a 200m tall ferris wheel!

Don't want to get off "The Eye Of Dubai" but is this project still happening, or what? If so, where is it located? Does it have a thread? It looks unbelievable though!

It's just that when I looked it up on Google I got "Dubai Eye".... I much prefer the old design though.

From the Architect website...

The Eye design is truly mesmerizing. I wonder what it will consist of!

The transportation masterplan is quite impressive also by the way. Huge! It deserves a thread of it's own...!
