Found them on real estate brokers websites who are offering the units for rent.
So some units have been handed over.

I am not sure if they are handed over or they just have the keys with no access like Joannides.

Some brokers were marketing Torch apartments months ago.

Probably like Joannides, owner must have taken photos when showed around and collecting keys.
I am confident that certificate will be in place by the 15th but we shall see.

Agreed. Getting the cert is probably the one thing the developer will be efficient at.

Well the 1% must have been the crash that no one predicted, plus the combination of a 3 year delay by Select of course

Steve, did you get the email from Exclusive this morning with the pictures? They were showing tenants round. Has the certificate issues been resolved?

Launched May 2005, Completed May 2011 - 6 years
Originally planned for handover in Dec 2007
Torch went Force Majeure in Feb 2009

I am glad that torch investors have finally got their investments. If I take the above and apply it to Bay Central, then

Bay Central
Launched Oct 2006, yet to be completed (looks like adding 6 years to this is the way to go especially as hotel tower is just starting)
Originally planned for handover in Dec 2009
Bay Central went Force Majeure in Nov 2010

The Point folks got off lightly - launched April 2006, planned completion for Mar 2008, actually handed over Sep 2009.

Once handover is complete, they are more than happy to allow rental agents in to view the property.

Yes got all the photos, not sure, Exclusive implied that handovers have commenced.

Good that the tenants they showed around were giving positive feedback

Now that you know this lady, would you use her to get a list of Owners for The Point and The Torch? I seem to have read some comments made by you regarding dodgy quality and dealings by SG at The Point!! Perhaps, these comments were not made by you but by somebody posting them in your name.

Not really. The Point is still in a terrible shape requiring constant repairs.
