I believe Select have a refund clause in all Bay Central contracts if the development is not complete by end of this year. Oh they are aware of my existance I am lucky enough to be able to pursue legal proceedings --many don't have the time or finance

Apparently Select got all the dissloyal investors together in a conference room, put on a sales promo film then locked all the doors and burnt the Hotel to the ground...........er.....no that didn't happen yet! Make a good film though! (Inglorious Basterds!)
