another Build Your Own... along 32nd St.... anybody got a name for this?.... I'll try if I can get a closer picture of its rendering... from a far it looks like a bar of marble to me.. heheheh..

Kung ano man yan, ang laki laki ng open spaces around pero parang wala yata silang staging area kasi yung site lang ang finence-an?

Just saw an area being fenced infront of/near the HSBC Building. Looks just like the Fort Palmspring project. and the same numbers. Is this a new project or what??? quite confused

yeah, looks like it's by the same developer - BYO is their term

Well, I guess it is if you saw it. You should've taken a picture! :P

I hope they improve their designs. The cookie cutter design of Fort Palm Spring need to take their designs up to another level to compete with the BTO projects.

i checked with my agent last week. 85% sold daw yung status ng fort palm spring. i got a unit there eh so makulit ako mag-follow up ng sales status at construction updates dun. so far, ok naman.

1st was palm spring, then, waves? tropical na to ah.,

sana sa malapit sa beach nalang nila nilagay., hehehe...,

hope the design is better than palm spring.,
