I totally agree. They've not got a clue how to treat their customers with fairness and respect either. Right up until early last year they were saying they were still building The Lofts and that they would finish it by 2012. They're totally clueless!! Stay well clear of RL is my advice.

Again, I`m not saying I have the right figures, but I suspect you`re only here to manipulate the numbers.. Whoever you work for I can only advice people to ignore your posts. I`m not saying this because I work in favor of RL or any of the discussed developments, but because I believe your agenda here is to spread rumors about some of the projects to gain something..
Let's see when they have to report contracted sales in the next set of accounts in The River there is close to Baht 1 Billion of sales to two related project parties with put back options to IFA these are not real open market sales and only used to create a perception of success

No press releases this week giving SALES VALUE all very quiet and whatever % sales number gets given out by the Owner Services bet your life it includes a bunch of connected parties with their fingers in the pie.

Been looking into the developers claim they have EIA approval, they do to build The Lofts Southshore a totally different project, seems they are applying for an amendment to this, in the mean time no construction activity will commence until
an EIA amendment is approved only then can they apply for a construction permit,
no piling rigs on this site for at least a year,
the devil is in the detail

Still waiting for a press statement to support all the hype so far all they push out is same vague BS, like below what is Record Breaking supposed to mean, unless of course the record is that long playing BS melody !

Interesting statistic according to Raimon Lands Investor presentation in November 2008 they had taken deposits on Baht 711 million of sales at The Lofts Southshore with a project value of Baht 6,297 million so somewhere in the last three years they have lost Baht 3,000 million of revenue and incurred significant costs associated with canning the original project these are Dubais Unixx developers !

Bought a unit

Got a 2 bedroom,66 sq mtr on the 31st floor.
I was real excited about south shore....liked the twin tower look. The new version I don't like so much, kinda cheap looking. But I love the location, can walk to walking street and nightlife nearby.
Unfortunatley,I'm on the hot south side, but only the 15th floor was left on the better pattaya side.Too low for me the 15th floor.
I really wish I had been there earlier and gotten that side.Maybe I will sell mine and move later....If it gets built.

I heard through my network that the developer is not able to get an amendment to The Lofts Southshore EIA approval which if true will mean they have to make a new Unixx application not a problem I am sure but expect more delays buyers take a look at your sales contract for the contracted completions are might be cause for delay payments

New Purchase

I am looking at purchasing in this Development for my family. I will be visiting Pattaya in sept after I get the keys to my flat at THE RIVER.

I have enjoyed amazing service from RL and it's developers.

I look forward to anyone's update on this project.

I also can see by comments that (Iknow) is on this board crying like a baby as he does on other boards. I will ignore his baseless comments and look forward to other customers that have positive things to say.

An Ambitious Expansion Plan

As part of its 5-year expansion plan, Raimon Land intends to develop a number of new projects under the UNIXX brand along with its other brands - Zire beachfront condominium and Lofts boutique urban living. Potential locations may be both resort and urban; although the next likely step will be Bangkok, where Raimon Land operates several high end developments.

"We see vast expansion opportunities for the UNIXX brand in Thailand and have no doubt it will be a key contributor to our growth going forward" concluded Mr. Viriot.

Unixx South Pattaya will officially open for sales at the Hilton Pattaya Hotel on December 10-11 and at the Renaissance Bangkok Hotel on December 17-18.

Construction of the 2.95 billion baht project is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2012 with an expected completion towards the end of 2014. It has already received its EIA permit and is financed by Thanachart Bank PCL.

Interested parties can register for a buyer guide and a queue number to attend the launch events by calling Tel. 026519600 and online on www.unixxcondo.com, or by stopping the temporary sales office located on Pratumnak Road.
