Thanks for your contributions Zorg, always helpful.
I find the supertall design much too bland with the souless boxy Corprorate clone-look, it lacks character to Sheyang's other supertall proposals. Hope it comes out a lot better if it does come into fruition.

I agree. On the other hand, those renders are still very conceptual I guess, not final. They are just planning the size and distribution of project by the moment. I expect very much from this one, it's so freaking huge!

Very nice twin towers ! If there is a short building next and between both, all might look like the Tokyo City Hall Building...

Some further info. Still no official though.

The 2 main towers would have been reduced to 300m. It is a huge disappointment since at first there were supposed to be 4x400m and then 2x400m only. Hope this wont be confirmed.

The rest of the plan is absolutely amazing. The 4 central towers should be 240m and the other 9 office towers 200m. Then there are another 40 highrises, all of them above 100m.

Total would be 2x300m, 4x240m, 9x200m, 40x100m+.

Still no official anyway.

This is ******* huge!! It will be a real experience to walk through the complex to see all of these buildings at once - You will be there for 2 days with the amount they are proposing!

Reminds me of Ville radiuse (Le Corbusier) Year 1922.

Proposed in 1922 in the centre of Paris.
These buildings have the same shape.

This one is too boring for me. big project i know, but not very exciting by the looks of it. just a bucket full of box towers and handful of roads for infrastructure.
Bit skeptical too..

Final project still unclear, they said it'll be reduced to 235m twins, but still no official news.
