There is not green line station at the 710, a new one would have to be constructed.

If this gets built, I guarantee there will be a Superbowl here every 5-7 yrs. Look how many times they have it in Miami, seems like they have it there every 3 years or so

That's the point with the NFL. They promised L. A. superbowl events until a team was in place. There hasn't been a superbowl blimp hovering around Los Angeles since 1986? Screw them! I still think they need L. A. more than we need them. There's viewership here for other games, of course, but to have games here would boost their bottom line. Not to mention the interest around the country for an L. A. team to hate. I say hold out for a reconstruction that would save the historic parastyle, create capacity for football and soccer, and be able to expand to a complete capacity holding for a future Olympics. What they did to Soldier Field, sticking a futuristic looking stadium inside the shell of the outermost wall, to me looks cheap. Please don't settle for less. You've waited long enough!
