Pre selling condominium unit along Chino Roces Ave. Makati City. Nice condo and amenities , price are flexible and affordable . we have 3 towers and very close to the malls like Makati Cinema SQUARE, Walter mart, and Greenbelt Area. floor areas are 21sqm up to 52sqm.

The Beacon development looks like the two side towers will be at least 35 floors with the middle building around the 44ish? this is a similar layout to TRAG.

Does anyone have any further info on this development? I will look at the new Beacon thread.

if this will be the layout, then, it will be more likely, yes, of The Residences. But the design layout of this is more likely middle class unlike TRAG upscale.

The reason I ask I have bought in tower 2 on the 41st floor (for the views!!!) I have seen a recent update on sales and only 6 floors of the 2 bed units (out of 32) that face the new development have sold.

In total nearly all units in tower 2 facing Makati have sold, with only about 50% facing this new development.

let's hope it will look very similar to TR@G and wish it will not have a better rendering than the actual tower.

I believe the presence of Mr. Licuanan gives this project an Ayala like standard in quality, architecture and luxury. I hope this upstart company becomes successful. I like the similarities with TRAG. I wouldn't be surprised if these towers become even more successful and beautiful than TRAG. He was the brains of Ayala Land before he retired. So I expect the same attention to detail with his previous works.
