it doesn't follow naman na if there are 900 units.. there will be 900 unit owners din since a lot of people buy 2 or more units to combine them into a bigger unit.

parang nabasa ko somewhere 1,300 units ang arnaiz tower. hehe.

Yup thats true. but, still there are those buyers who buys 2 or more units and have it rented out individually.

1.8m stating price? does this mean the current market value of a typ 21sqm studio unit in Roces tower is 1.8M as well?
