from Arnaiz (Pasay Road).. diba walang road going to Pasong Tamo? kasi Skyway na yun.. so you have to go around pa via amorsolo then left then left again to Pasong Tamo??

@kevinlondon... if thomasian is right that the 3 towers are gonna be 44, 50 and 44 floors in height then I think your views from your Columns unit on the Amorsolo side would be blocked.

wow given the price and location this is a good bargain, the new rendering is quite nice. How far is this from the Trevi project?

Looks like the Makati CBD is really expanding really fast. In the south, we have Pasong Tamo developments with the Beacon, ETON's latest buildings and the development at the corner of EDSA as the latest structures. In the northern side, Century City, adjacent to Antel's development, is the development to watch. Rockwell continues to expand as well. Very exciting!!

Please watch out for the redevelopment into a new growth stretch of Chino Roces Ave, (formerly Pasong Tamo) from EDSA in the south down to JP Rizal Avenue in the north. That approximately is a 3-kilometer stretch culminating to the Sta Race track, which will be the Rockwell version of that side of Makati.

I saw the scale model at Landmark last Sunday. Yung 2 shorter buildings ok lang, medyo glassy. Pero the one in the middle, too much concrete at maliliit ang windows parang yung mga Gateway something-something building na ginagawa sa Pioneer area sa Mandaluyong.

Chino roces though has very narrow roads and the intersections are really traffic gridlocks.

Add to that the flooding in the area and the "yellow submarines".
I dont know if the local govt of Makati already made some improvements/repairs of the drainage system in that particular stretch. (paging Binay!)

Makati’s new discovery Philippine Star Friday, February 15, 2008 The Beacon, a benchmark-setting high rise residential condominium at the corner of Chino Roces and Arnaiz Avenue (formerly Pasay Road), had its grounbreaking ceremony recently — just three months after official selling began. Leading the ceremony were project principals such as Helen Dee, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation chairman; Lorenzo Tan, RCBC president; Roberto Jose Castillo (EEI president and CEO); Architect Albert Yu; Francisco Licuanan III, Geo Estate Development Corp. and New Pacific chairman; and Manuel Colayco, Jr., Geo Estate and New Pacific president. “Today, we start construction of The Beacon here in Makati City. With its offer of a strategic location and superior lifestyle amenities at a generous price, The Beacon is the perfect home not just for professionals but students, retirees and families as well. The Beacon concept is also reshaping the condo lifestyle, providing residents their own sanctuary within this busy district. Residents will truly enjoy the convenience and comfort of living in this condo,” said Edwin Siongco, VP marketing and sales. The Beacon’s location, right in the core of thriving Chino Roces Avenue, makes it the leading light in the bustling Makati district.
