3 entry/exit points...
I saw the bridge linking beacon and waltermart in a presentation. I was wondering how would it cross the skyway? |

an agent of Beacon texted me this re flood in the area---> some parts of metro were submerged to flooding due to continuous rain. qc, malabon, manila, recto, taft, espana, some parts of C5, pasig, and las pinas. sa beacon area, walang baha. this is bcoz MMDA cleared the houses along the train tracks, and cleaned the sewerage pipes. ---> are there any truth to this? just curious? any body in the area during those times?

well., the train rehab also includes clearing for the drainage., (at least that's what they did in sta. mesa)., i'm not sure tho if the MMDA is involved.

Not true. i was there sometime last May after a heavy downpour, and the Pasay Road in front of WalterMart is even flooded! the clearing of shanties along PNR did not (and will not) solve the flooding problem. that part of makati seems to be the basin of all floodwaters of the city. fortunately, the amorsolo access is high enough to prevent floodwater from accumulating. that could have been a more realistic info from the agent.

that's sad to hear. what agents will tell you just to convince you. oh well, this is still a very good project nevertheless!

Based from the schedule I know: -Tower 1&2 area should be handed over to EEI last July 23 -EEI will commence foundation works starting on August 6. -Scheduled top-off is April 2010. Based from this sched, EEI should already started moving to Beacon's site. Anyone can confirm this?

Are you an investor of Beacon? What do you think of this project? I am planning to acquire the adjacent unit from the one we got but currently I am slowly losing interest on this project.

Yup I am. I have 2 studio units for this project. Why loose interest? Something wrong? Maybe you just eager to see the outcome of this project , I'm telling youre not alone. We still have 2 more years to endure this.. kakainisSundin mo lang kung ano mas matimbang kung mag-aadd ka pa ba ng unit or not. So far naman the way I see it ok yung flow ng project all are in schedule. Just think positive. yeh
