The Great Saskatchewan Project (a name I came up with, nothing official)
 Eh, what do you guys think of re-opening up the river-locking and canaling of the Saskatchewan-Nelson river basin to make way for cargo-shipping and barging of the larger tributaries. Is Churchill ever going to be important enough to warrant this to be done?
