loved it!!!! Was it done on Sketchup? Its so incredibly detailed and complex!!!
the only thing i didnt like was the texture used on the floor. Its too small and the tiles are apparent. |

Almost looks like an alternative design for the Central Complex of the Umbrella Corporation in Racoon City from the movie Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

(I just hope some birds dont die because of the sharp things in the centrepiece!)

very very similar to Calatrava. Not a bad person to try and emulate.
what exactly is this complex for? doing it as a school project or just for fun?

The Desgin If someof you don't know already, the Gattaca complex (as the film of the same name explores) is a medical research centre into Eugenics. Totally fictional. The towers have a double helix structure around both, this is to symbolically represent the helix's in DNA. and the circular structure as unraveled segments of a DNA chain. The underground station entrance, is massively inspired by the WTC hub in NYC, and I needed an impressive focal point. I'll get some more updated renders soon.

liked the renderings.. the design.. ehhh. i love calatrava for trying to recreate at a larger scale and with his knowledge of engineering what nature has already created. I think its just too identical for what he does and you should put a liltle bit more of what you are all about..
